H\u00e4r fick han l\u00e4ra sig styckning, nedsk\u00e4rning, korvstoppning samt kok och r\u00f6keri. Efter tv\u00e5 \u00e5r fick han anst\u00e4llning i Halmstad.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Han fortsatte inom charkuteribranschen med anst\u00e4llningar i Nybro och Stockaryd innan familjen 1958 flyttade till Vrigstad. H\u00e4r \u00f6vertog han Georg Anderssons charkuteriaff\u00e4r p\u00e5 Mejerigatan, ett gr\u00e5tt hus som \u00e4gdes av Ida och Hjalmar Sandstedt, men som nu \u00e4r rivet.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">1963-64 flyttades aff\u00e4ren till S\u00e4vsj\u00f6v\u00e4gen 2, d\u00e4r han efter en ombyggnad ocks\u00e5 iordningst\u00e4llde ett nytt kokeri och r\u00f6keri. Lennart satsade mycket p\u00e5 egenproducerade varor, bl.a. fl\u00e4skkorv, frukostkorv, leverkorv, grynkorv, skinkkorv, falukorv, medisterkorv, prinskorv, wienerkorv, leverpastej, blodpudding, korvkaka och isterband. Till julen gjordes ett stort antal julskinkor i ordning.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Doris Svensson var en trogen expedit och senare anst\u00e4lldes bl.a. \u00e4ven Inga-Lill Johansson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1970 flyttades aff\u00e4ren \u00e4nnu en g\u00e5ng. Denna g\u00e5ng till Torget 9.
