Sj\u00e4lva fastigheten beh\u00f6ll Ingrid Svensson till 1978, d\u00e5 den s\u00e5ldes till Dagab Syd AB.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Gunnar Thor hade tidigare en aff\u00e4r i S\u00e4vsj\u00f6\u00a0under namnet Jotos Livs \u2013 ett namn som Gunnar tog med sig till aff\u00e4ren i Vrigstad. 1978-79 gjordes en stor tillbyggnad av fastigheten. Jotos disponerade nu 750 m<sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2<\/span><\/sup> sedan man tagit \u00f6ver de utrymmen som Sk\u00e5nska Banken tidigare haft. Charkavdelningen byggdes ut med grill och man fick ett nytt personalrum och en kontorslokal. Samtidigt revs den gamla tr\u00e4l\u00e4ngan med lagerutrymmen bakom aff\u00e4ren. Man fick nu plats f\u00f6r en ny v\u00e4g ut till Korpral Gr\u00e4ns v\u00e4g.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">1981 \u00f6vertog s\u00f6nerna Anders, G\u00f6ran och Lennart aff\u00e4ren och aktiebolaget Thors Livs. 1984 \u00f6vertog Anders brodern Lennarts del och \u00e5ret efter avlider G\u00f6ran. Efter det var det Anders tillsammans med hustrun Mariann som drev verksamheten.\u00a0Aff\u00e4ren tillh\u00f6r livsmedelskedjan Hemk\u00f6p.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">1999 gjordes ytterligare en stor ombyggnation d\u00e4r man ut\u00f6kade lokalen.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">2015 drabbades familjen av ytterligare ett d\u00f6dsfall. Anders avled efter en tids sjukdom. Mariann st\u00e5r nu, 2016, som ensam \u00e4gare till bolaget, men har st\u00f6d av bl.a. barnen Magnus och Malena, som \u00e4r delaktiga i den dagliga verksamheten.<\/p>\n<figure
