Det var ett st\u00f6rre varuhus f\u00f6r kl\u00e4der och skor med en aff\u00e4rsyta p\u00e5 1 106 m<sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2<\/span><\/sup> .<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">De f\u00f6rsta anst\u00e4llda p\u00e5 Gema var Marianne Str\u00f6mqvist, Sonja Knutsson, Margareta Malmgren, Birgitta Fasth, Vivan Karlsson, Elisabeth Gunnarsson, Mariette Abrahamsson, Ingvar Almqvist, Margareta L\u00e4gersten och Agneta Ewers.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">I mitten av 80-talet ut\u00f6kades varuhuset med livsmedel och en charkuteriavdelning med kyl- och frysrum. I slutet av 80-talet \u00f6verl\u00e4t Gunnar och Margareta L\u00e4gersten sin del i f\u00f6retaget till Mats och Agneta Ewers, som drev varuhuset vidare.
