Fabriken var tidigare ett cementgjuteri.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Vid sidan om fabriken l\u00e5g Vrigstads vattenverk. D\u00e4rifr\u00e5n pumpades dricksvattnet till samh\u00e4llet.<br \/>\n(Senare flyttades vattenverket till sin nuvarande plats vid Pelikroken.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bertil Rydell tillverkade och monterade allt i smide, soptunnor i pl\u00e5t, takstegar, balkongr\u00e4cken, staket.
